Welcome to Dex Network Solutions. By accessing our network, utilising our managed IT services, or signing a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
In accordance with the Regulation of Interception of Communications and Provision of Communication-related Information Act (RICA) of South Africa, Dex Network Solutions is legally obligated to verify the identity of all clients. Services will not be provisioned until valid proof of identity and physical address have been supplied and verified.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately, without notice, if we detect violations of this AUP.
All services are billed in advance unless otherwise stipulated in a signed enterprise SLA. Payments are due on the 1st of every month. Accounts in arrears for more than 7 days may face service suspension. Re-connection fees may apply. Debit orders are processed via our authorised partners, and any returned debit orders will incur an administration fee.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We only collect and process data necessary for providing telecommunications and IT services, billing, and network optimisation. We do not sell your data to third parties.
While we strive for 99.9% network uptime, "Best Effort" residential or standard business connectivity services are not subject to uptime guarantees. Enterprise clients with dedicated circuits are bound by the specific SLAs, repair times, and rebate structures outlined in their individual master service agreements.
In line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), individuals and qualifying small businesses may cancel standard month-to-month services with 20 business days' written notice. Fixed-term enterprise contracts are subject to the specific cancellation penalties and notice periods detailed within the signed agreement.
Dex Network Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from network outages, hardware failures, or cyber security breaches, except where such loss is caused by our gross negligence.
